The cleanest energy is the energy we do not use. Using tried and tested technologies, energy efficiency is cheaper and more reliable than adding further generation to the grid.
Buildings use 40% of our energy. Making them more efficient and generating energy where it is going to be used saves emissions and cuts bills.
Thermal imaging inspection allows us to identify any construction faults such as insulation defects and cold bridging. We can also check that windows, and doors are sealed and free from cold air ingress and find any sources of heat loss within the home or heating system.
Traditional thermographers gather information from the ground using thermal cameras. We can capture thermal images from the air using our specialist thermal cameras, these drones effectively translate thermal energy that would otherwise be invisible to the naked eye into visible images.
The thermal camera used on our Parrot Anafi Thermal uses a Flir Lepton 3.5 sensor to distinguish very small differences in thermal radiation. This information is then used to complete a heat map which can be translated into a thermographic report.
